What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Increase sales and profit through direct selling to established customers and developing new customer strategies
Manage accounts and work with independent agents as designated by the employer
Recommend business strategies to strengthen competitive market positioning
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to communicate product value and address customer needs
Coordinate sales and service activities with engineering, manufacturing, inventory, and shipping departments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in growing sales and closing deals within the wholesale industry
Minimum 3 years of experience managing independent agents and teams
Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
