Position Overview: The International Client and Sales Support Lead will manage a team that will handle the onboarding of new clients, support the international sales and operations teams, and lead business process improvement.

What you’ll do:

Represent International on related projects

Onboarding of both internal and external clients

Support Sales team for client demos and marketing materials

Handle systems enhancement, processes and testing

Pre and post processing support for Trade and Standby teams

Lead the Business Process Improvement efforts for Trade and Standby LCs

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

5 – 7 years’ experience in international banking services such as Trade Finance, Standby letters of credit, Supply Chain Finance and Foreign Exchange

Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and systems is preferred

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $71,000 - 92,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
