Genesis Properties is recruiting a Bilingual Leasing Agent for an affordable property in Richmond, Virginia.
Key Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish & English) necessary
LIHTC leasing experience preferred
OneSite experience preferred
An upbeat and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi task
Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
Responsibilities This position will require you to generate traffic and new move-ins to keep up the occupancy of our properties. You will be responsible for processing applications, as well as helping out with other office tasks. These tasks include filing, answering the phone, entering service requests for residents, completing pre-move in inspections. You will be responsible for marketing and posting Craigslists Ads. The Leasing Agent will be expected to provide a high level of customer service to prospects and residents.
Compensation Starting at $18/hour plus bonus structure and commissions
