Job Purpose The Inside Sales Representative excels in a virtual work environment, demonstrating a clinical mind for the hematology/oncology market. This role plays a critical part in developing strategic account relationships, influencing thought leaders, and leveraging business acumen to deploy resources and tools effectively. The position also involves close collaboration with field‑based matrix teams and permits deployment into the field anywhere in the US for extended periods, including up to 3 months for vacancy coverage.

Job Responsibilities
Utilize the Pharmacosmos selling process.
Implement marketing strategy and utilize approved sales materials with organized and well‑prepared materials for each engagement.
Exercise sound judgment, demonstrate self‑awareness, and be receptive to coaching.
Possess in‑depth knowledge of disease state, product portfolio, and accounts to maximize business opportunities.
Exhibit strong business acumen to acquire and analyze divergent information/data, recognize trends, and ask the right questions.
Systematically evaluate business opportunities and target those with the greatest potential for positive results, implementing a structured engagement approach to maximize reach and productivity.
Collaborate effectively with internal partners including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Field Medical Affairs.
Proactively seek ways to improve performance and work with manager to develop a career plan.
Display a high level of emotional intelligence to move business forward with both internal and external stakeholders.
When Deployed
(in addition to the above):
Meet or exceed all territory sales objectives and call metrics.
Achieve call objectives through successful, compliant sales presentations, completing territory business plans, implementing marketing strategy, and utilizing approved sales material.
Cultivate and expand the customer base by building rapport with key customers and identifying new opportunities based on data analytics.
Implement national and regional initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Professional Background
BS/BA degree required.
Minimum 3 years of current pharmaceutical sales experience as inside sales or field‑based sales role.
Specialty, Oncology, or Buy‑and‑bill inside sales experience preferred.
Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration to support field‑based initiatives, including marketing efforts, hub activities, and reimbursement pull‑through.
Proven track record of sales success in hospital accounts or various sites of care with documentation of meeting/exceeding role objectives.
Strong analytical and business acumen.
