Sales Catering Coordinator
Potomac Hospitality Group, Bowie, MD, United States
Full Time | Competitive Base Salary + Commission

From government food service contracts and institutional programs to high-end event catering and film production craft services, PHG brings an uncompromising standard of excellence to every table we set.
Connecting people. Creating impact. One extraordinary experience at a time.
THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Catering Sales Coordinator to help grow PHG’s catering revenue across our three core markets: corporate event catering, government and institutional food service contracts, and film and production craft services.
This is not a purely administrative role. The right person is organized, polished, and hungry to grow with a company that is scaling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development
Manage and follow up on all inbound catering inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Develop and present compelling catering proposals, quotes, and event packages

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Represent PHG at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
Client Coordination & Event Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for catering clients from contract through post‑event follow‑up
Coordinate event logistics between leadership, kitchen operations, and client teams
Manage event timelines, documentation, and scheduling with accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure every client interaction reflects PHG’s standard of hospitality excellence
Maintain organized client records, event files, and vendor contact databases
