Manage and grow HVAC service sales through new business development and nurturing existing client relationships. Identify and seize opportunities for equipment replacement, retrofits, and energy‑efficiency improvements. Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, and service agreements for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and building owners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Track pipeline activity diligently and meet or exceed sales performance goals. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the delivery of high‑quality service. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform strategic decisions and proposals. Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering industry. Proven ability to sell service agreements or mechanical solutions to commercial clients. Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining long‑term client relationships. Experience in developing and growing HVAC service sales. Proven ability to identify opportunities for equipment replacement, retrofits, and energy‑efficiency improvements. Excellent skills in preparing proposals, estimates, and service agreements. Strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and building owners. Ability to track pipeline activity and meet sales performance goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A proactive and results‑driven approach, with excellent problem‑solving skills.
