
Architectural Form Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Form Carpenter to join a growing concrete manufacturing team. This role is responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing custom formwork used in the production of architectural precast concrete elements. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and experience working with complex forms and finishes.
Key Responsibilities
Build, assemble, and strip custom formwork for architectural concrete products
Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and design specifications
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision
Ensure forms meet exact dimensional tolerances and quality standards
Apply liners, reveals, and other detailing elements to achieve architectural finishes
Maintain and repair existing forms for reuse
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project timelines
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
2+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in concrete formwork or precast manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong math and measurement skills
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in architectural or precast concrete manufacturing
Knowledge of form liners, mold making, and specialty finishes
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
Work Environment
Indoor manufacturing facility with exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment
May require overtime or weekend work based on production needs
