What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build, develop, and inspire a team of Account Executives to exceed sales targets

Provide expert‑level sales guidance, ongoing training, and hands‑on support to the team

Manage day‑to‑day execution of the sales process, including pipeline management and performance tracking

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to refine sales processes and improve efficiency

Drive revenue growth and strengthen the sales culture within the mid‑market segment

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 3 years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience

Minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales management experience

Strong customer‑facing and presentation skills

Experience in negotiating contracts and navigating legal discussions

Native English speaker with excellent written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

BA and/or MBA preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience

Self‑starter, result‑oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive

Proven ability to build strong personal relationships
