A multi-state gaming and retail management organization is seeking an
Account Manager
to support and grow our retail gaming operations in the Omaha, Nebraska region. We provide retailers with technology-driven gaming solutions, operational consulting, and player engagement tools designed to improve revenue performance and maximize underutilized retail space.
This role requires
frequent travel throughout Nebraska , and a company vehicle is provided.
Position Summary The Account Manager is responsible for meeting sales goals, managing a portfolio of existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. This role builds strong relationships with retail partners, ensures successful delivery of solutions, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an assigned territory, including a pre-established customer base
Maintain regular communication with accounts and cultivate executive-level relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Identify market trends and develop competitive strategies
Serve as the main point of escalation for customer issues
Train customers on equipment and ensure successful solution implementation
Prepare account status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to develop account plans and support customer retention
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
3+ years of experience in technology, gaming, or retail sales
2+ years of outside sales experience
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
Experience working with software development teams (in-house or offshore)
Familiarity with cloud hosting projects and mobile app development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Preferred
Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Spanish, Korean)
