Note: Must have 2+ years of personal injury law experience. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Job Description
Support attorneys with day-to-day handling of plaintiff personal injury matters
Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation from intake through resolution
Draft correspondence, authorizations, discovery materials, and other legal documents
Obtain, review, and organize medical records and other case-related materials
Communicate with clients, providers, experts, and other parties involved in the case
Assist with pleadings, litigation support, and trial preparation
Track treatment, damages, and case developments to help move files forward efficiently
Maintain accurate case information and ensure strong follow-through on all open items
Qualifications
2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active files
Experience handling medical records, case documents, and client communication
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented law firm environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
