OVERVIEW A well-established property management company is seeking an experienced
Property Manager
to oversee a scattered-site residential portfolio of approximately 100–150+ units in the Boston area. This role is responsible for daily operations, resident relations, leasing oversight, and property performance across multiple properties. This position is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who is comfortable managing multiple locations, coordinating maintenance and vendors, and ensuring a high-quality resident experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Oversee daily operations across a scattered-site residential portfolio in the Boston area
Manage leasing activity including showings, applications, renewals, and resident communications
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests
Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders to ensure timely resolution
Conduct property inspections and monitor overall property condition
Support rent collection and follow up on delinquent accounts when necessary
Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files
Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs and property improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations
Utilize property management systems to track operations, leasing activity, and maintenance requests

WHAT IT TAKES
3+ years of residential property management experience
Experience managing multiple properties or scattered-site portfolios preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and resident relations abilities
Ability to manage vendors, maintenance coordination, and operational priorities
Experience with property management software such as
Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, or similar systems
THE PERKS
