As we continue to grow, our add-on products such as Engage, Operator AI, Chat AI, Custom Forms, and Pricebook are becoming a major part of the customer experience. We are looking for an Implementation Growth Specialist to own the setup, configuration, and successful launch of these products for our customers.
This role sits at the intersection of Implementation, Customer Success, and Expansion. You will work directly with customers to ensure they adopt the right add-ons, get fully configured, and see value quickly.

What You'll Do:
Add-On Product Implementation
Own the setup and configuration of add-on products including Engage, Operator AI, Chat AI, Custom Forms, and Pricebook
Guide customers through best practices to ensure successful adoption
Configure accounts based on customer workflows and business needs
Validate setup before go-live to ensure a smooth launch
Customer Guidance & Training
Meet with customers to understand their goals and recommend the right setup
Provide live training sessions for new features and add-ons
Help customers understand how add-ons fit into their overall workflow
Set expectations on what the product can and cannot do
Expansion & Adoption Support
Partner with Customer Success and Sales to support add-on expansion
Assist with post-sale setup for new products purchased
Help reduce churn by ensuring customers see value from new features
Identify customers who may benefit from additional products
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Implementation Managers during onboarding
Partner with Support and Technical teams on complex setups
Provide feedback to Product on feature gaps and customer requests
Help improve internal processes and documentation for add-on implementation
Operational Excellence
Track progress in CRM and internal tools
Maintain clear notes and customer history
Follow defined implementation processes and timelines
Assist with internal projects that improve scalability
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years in customer success, implementation, support, or account management
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable leading customer calls and training sessions
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple customers at once in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner who enjoys new technology
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Bonus Points:
SaaS experience
Implementation or onboarding experience
Experience with Field Service, CRM, or Fintech software
