10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities
Author realistic food and drink prompts for recipe development, technique explanation, and regional cuisine analysis. Review and revise AI-generated responses for culinary accuracy and cultural authenticity. Write high-quality human-authored responses for nuanced cooking scenarios and culturally specific dishes. Create controlled prompt variations to test differences in ingredients, equipment, and dietary needs. Evaluate outputs across different tones and instruction constraints. Identify model failure cases involving incorrect techniques and culturally inaccurate representations. Qualifications
Must-Have
2+ years of sustained engagement with food and drink as a hobby or practice. Active participation in culinary discourse in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi. Strong familiarity with regional cuisines and traditional techniques.
