Retention Marketing Intern

Main purpose of the Retention Marketing Intern role: The retention marketing intern will support the marketing team in developing and executing strategies that keep customers engaged and loyal to the brand. This involves assisting with email and SMS campaigns, analyzing customer data, and contributing to efforts that drive long-term retention and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

Provide support in scheduling and coordinating email, SMS, and TikTok shop campaigns.

Contribute to loyalty program initiatives by assisting in the revamp of the loyalty email series, enhancing customer engagement and retention.

Assist in compiling and analyzing email performance reports, as well as preparing detailed weekly presentation decks.

Identify issues and inefficiencies within various triggered email series and implement design improvements or AB tests.

Competencies:

Ability to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and strategies.

Problem-solving skills to optimize customer retention initiatives.

Enthusiasm for digital marketing and customer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.

Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.

Basic understanding of retention marketing, A/B testing, and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship or coursework in digital or email marketing.

Experience in email marketing platforms and Tableau.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $18.00 to $18.50/hr.
