Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Construction Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of construction and manufacturing to build customer relationships, manage project bids, and support our sales operations from initial lead identification through project completion. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprints, estimating, and project coordination within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate project opportunities within target markets using ConstructConnect or similar platforms
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and industry partners
Read and interpret architectural blueprints to prepare accurate estimates and take-offs
Identify and source materials for project bids
Prepare, price, and submit bids using standardized pricing models
Coordinate project details with internal teams and clients
Resolve customer or project-related issues efficiently
Support ongoing process improvement and contribute to overall sales growth
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in construction sales, estimating, or a related role
Proven ability to
read and interpret architectural blueprints
accurately
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with ConstructConnect or PlanHub preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
