Position Overview The Warehouse Sales Pickup Representative is responsible for accurately picking same-day orders from a pick sheet, stacking products onto pallets, and staging them in the designated sales pickup area. When sales personnel are present, the representative loads completed orders into their vehicles for customer delivery. All materials must be handled according to company policies and procedures. This role is flexible and may also perform a variety of warehouse functions, including inventory control, processing returns, bulk and bottle picking, shipping and receiving, replenishment, and repacking as needed.

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday

8:00 AM start time

Potential for 12‑hour shifts depending on workload

Key Responsibilities

Log into company system to retrieve and print previous-day and same-day sales orders

Accurately pick orders using power equipment, including electric pallet jack (EPJ), and store completed orders in designated staging bins

Load completed orders into sales vehicles as required

Maintain accurate records to ensure inventory control, stock rotation, and security

Assist as needed with physical inventory counts

Complete and submit daily equipment checklists

Promptly report safety or mechanical issues with power equipment in writing

Operate all equipment efficiently and safely

Keep the warehouse in a clean, neat, orderly, and safe condition

Support the security of all warehouse operations

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older

Six months of related experience preferred

Experience with operating electric pallet jacks (EPJ) is required

Experience operating a forklift and other power equipment preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math computations

Willing to learn and use company technology and processes

Working knowledge of hand‑held computerized devices is a plus

Familiarity with inventory and quality control preferred

Working Environment

Ability to maintain high productivity in a non‑temperature‑controlled setting, including heat, humidity, or inclement weather

Occasional work in refrigerated areas possible

Exposure to moderate to loud noise, some dust, and fumes from power equipment

Physical Requirements

Regular and reliable attendance is essential

Ability to routinely lift 50‑65 lbs or more

Capable of operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts

Able to stand, walk, reach, lift, carry, and handle products throughout the day

Visual acuity for close and distance vision and judging distance
