We are actively searching for an Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Lead with extensive expertise in Project Accounting, Project Costing, and Project Billing. If you have experience in Grants Accounting, we consider that a substantial advantage. In this pivotal role, you will lead the functional aspects of Oracle Cloud Projects applications, ensuring effective solution designs and thorough business process analysis while facilitating smooth system integration. As a domain expert, your insights will be instrumental in configuring and enhancing Oracle Cloud modules. Your robust understanding of Oracle Projects functionality will guide our teams in application design and development, assist in quarterly update testing, and evaluate new features. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying business needs and ensuring successful deployments of the Oracle system. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both technical and professional influence, enabling you to champion enhancements in Oracle products to address complex customer requirements. Utilize your creativity and independent judgment to develop effective methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria, delivering functional and technical expertise across a diverse range of business scenarios. Responsibilities: Qualifications: 8+ years of experience with Oracle PPM/Projects Cloud (a combination of Cloud and EBS experience may be considered).

Oracle Projects Cloud certification is a plus.

Additional Qualifications: Proven leadership and client-facing skills.

Experience improving customer acceptance of Oracle solutions and services.

Demonstrated thought leadership in applying industry best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability for clients.

Successful delivery of three or more full lifecycle Oracle Projects Cloud implementations, including hands-on configuration.

Involvement in daily operations for implementing Oracle Cloud Projects & Grants modules, including process design and implementation support.

Knowledge of integrations with financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.

Ability to configure Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups.

Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis workshops, and facilitating user training.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is between $97,500 and $199,500 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
