About the Role As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you will engage directly with local businesses, helping introduce services, answer questions, and support the overall customer experience. You will play an important role in both new client engagement and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with local businesses and represent Tierwest professionally
Communicate services clearly and respond to client questions
Support the sales team during customer interactions and outreach activityBuild rapport with business owners and decision-makers
Identify potential customer needs and provide relevant information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Contribute to daily team targets and performance goals
Weekly pay with uncapped performance-based bonuses
Average on-target earnings of $50–$60K in Year 1
Full training and ongoing coaching
