The Marketing Analytics team, part of Humana's Consumer Data, Insights, and Analytics department within Enterprise Marketing, plays a crucial role in offering actionable data and insights throughout the consumer lifecycle. We are looking for an experienced data professional to take on the role of Senior Data Scientist. In this pivotal position, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and utilization of data-driven solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness for the Onboarding, Loyalty, or Retention teams. As a key resource, you will guide the analytics team in delivering analytical solutions that optimize performance across both digital and non-digital channels. A profound understanding of lifecycle customer marketing analytics, including test design and statistical significance, is essential. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Consulting/Partnership:

Collaborate with marketing teams to uncover and assess marketing opportunities, identify interdependencies (data, timing, regulatory, media, etc.), and provide recommendations for marketing strategies that align with business goals. Test Design and Analysis:

Oversee the design of valid tests with adequate sample sizes to ensure statistically significant insights are derived using A/B or multivariate testing. Promote a culture of continuous testing, measurement, and refinement. Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct thorough post-campaign evaluations, including media performance, consumer trends, profiles, and appointment analyses. Collaborate with the BI team to ensure effective report generation and contribute to actionable recommendations for future initiatives. Advanced Analytics:

Define and execute the marketing analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities for predictive modeling, segmentation solutions, and cross-sell models. Collaborate with analytics partners to ensure stability, actionability, and compliance of developed models. Bring your expertise to make a difference! Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant analytical field (statistics, mathematics, engineering, etc.). 5+ years of experience with diverse marketing strategies, including omni-channel marketing measurement, targeting, attribution, forecasting, and experimental design. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). 7+ years of analytics experience in a dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a large, complex organization. Demonstrated experience in leading change and inspiring performance in ambiguous, complex situations. Exceptional communication skills, with the poise and professionalism necessary for effective interaction with senior executives. Strong collaborative approach with excellent relationship-building capabilities, engaging diverse stakeholders to ensure shared ownership of outcomes. Experience in gathering requirements for BI/reporting automation. Willingness to travel occasionally (up to twice a year). Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in economics or mathematics. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: The following ranges reflect a good faith estimate of the starting base salary for full-time employment at the time of posting. Pay may vary based on geographic location and individual experience: $142,300 - $195,700 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
