Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Social Media Marketing Intern / Front Desk Representative at our facility in Evansville, IN. The role entails managing social media platforms by creating engaging content, promoting events, and increasing community engagement. Additional responsibilities include greeting clients, handling phone calls, scheduling reservations, and ensuring the efficient operation of the front desk. Exceptional customer service and clear communication will be key aspects of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Receptionist Duties, Reservations, and managing front desk operations
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media tools and platforms is a plus
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
