Senior Consultant - NetSuite Retail Solutions

Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in technological solutions on the NetSuite platform. We are seeking a proactive professional who excels in delivering tailored results to meet the unique needs of our clients. In this role, you will tackle complex challenges using your independent judgment to effectively implement Oracle products and technologies. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through the successful adoption of NetSuite, ensuring that solutions are customized to their operational demands. As a team lead in various implementation projects, you will design and configure intricate solutions specifically for the Apparel, Footwear & Accessories, and Health & Beauty sectors. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to thoroughly understand and validate their business needs, aligning these with the functional capabilities of Oracle NetSuite. Facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions with customers, actively participating in project meetings while providing regular updates on deliverables. Serve as a primary consulting resource, offering specialized support in various functional areas as needed. Contribute to a solutions repository and best practices while participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives and Subject Matter Expert programs. Adopt an agile approach to foster technology and business innovation, helping customers achieve their goals. Assist in the sales process by evaluating Professional Services engagements and engaging potential clients in executive-level discussions. Help broaden our client base within Professional Services, demonstrating the benefits of Oracle NetSuite to prospective clients. Mentor and guide junior consulting staff to encourage their professional development. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of ERP experience, including at least 2 years in a consulting role focused on implementations. Extensive knowledge of industry-specific ERP solutions within the Retail or Apparel sectors, particularly in product sourcing, procurement, and omnichannel sales. Significant experience with the NetSuite platform is highly preferred; familiarity with competing solutions will also be considered. Prior consulting experience is a strong advantage. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven leadership capabilities in project and team settings. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. NetSuite product certification is a plus. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in French is an asset for candidates in Quebec. Travel Requirements: This position may require modest to moderate travel as necessary.
