In this influential role, you will collaborate with business leaders to establish strong risk management frameworks that adapt to the dynamic market landscape. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting thorough gap assessments and developing innovative processes to enhance asset and liability management, liquidity planning, stress testing, and capital management. Lead a motivated team in designing advanced tools for optimizing capital utilization and liquidity while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Within our Risk & Regulatory Advisory team, you will offer exceptional expertise in various areas of credit risk management such as governance, credit process enhancement, risk rating model development, regulatory assessments, and CECL strategies. You will lead the charge in assessing, designing, and implementing credit risk strategies that enable clients to navigate significant market challenges effectively. Business Administration/Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Accounting Preferred Knowledge/Skills: You should have substantial experience and a proven track record in managing projects related to credit activities and risk management, including: Extensive experience in commercial and retail lending with a focus on credit process redesign. Expertise in managing credit risk operations, like underwriting and credit analysis. Development and validation of innovative credit risk methods, particularly risk rating models. Conducting comprehensive credit risk reporting and analytics for financial services. Knowledge of Allowance for Credit Loss methodologies and compliance with US GAAP under CECL. Proficiency in credit risk workflows and analysis tools. Awareness of essential credit regulatory guidance for best practices. Completion of a formal credit training program is a valuable asset. You should also demonstrate strong skills in process improvement utilizing MS Office applications while effectively collaborating with team members and nurturing robust client relationships, including: A thorough grasp of various loan types and their associated risk factors. Ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to clients and senior management. Creating a collaborative team environment that values diverse perspectives and promotes coaching. Communicating effectively about project milestones and cultivating consensus among stakeholders. Successfully managing both onshore and offshore teams to fulfill project objectives. The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000, and actual compensation will reflect skills and experience.
