We are seeking outstanding leaders with deep delivery expertise in mid-market SAP solutions to join our expanding SAP team. Ideally, you are a transformational leader capable of navigating the complexities of large-scale SAP programmes, offering clarity and direction while rallying global teams around a unified vision. In this role, you will: Engage directly with clients to guide their SAP transformation efforts, leveraging your expertise in mid-market and SAP delivery. Establish customized frameworks, tools, and governance structures for SAP programmes, based on best practices and Accenture's methodologies. Lead and inspire your team, ensuring alignment among multiple stakeholders, proactively addressing challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, influencing strategic decisions and promoting a culture of modern SAP-enabled transformations. Simplify complex information into actionable insights to drive effective decision-making. Anticipate and manage delivery risks, proactively devising and communicating effective solutions. Create and manage integrated project plans while ensuring accountability from both Accenture's and client teams. Support business development initiatives by designing solution strategies and contributing to successful proposals. Act as a thought leader in the industry, contributing to the development of best practices and mentoring the next generation of SAP professionals. This position may require travel based on client needs. Qualifications: 8+ years of proven experience as a Delivery Lead managing large SAP transformation programmes. Experience with 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning and solution architecture. A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting mid-market clients across multiple projects. Expertise in leading large SAP delivery teams (50-100 individuals) within a Global Delivery model. Experience with industry-specific clients (preferably CMT; Products and Resources will also be considered). Prior involvement with S/4 Public Cloud offerings. Familiarity with SAP Brownfield implementations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years).
