
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines customer support and inside sales, focused on selling quality used automotive parts sourced from recycled vehicles.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, competitive, and comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions while actively driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sell used automotive parts to retail and wholesale customers
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
Increase sales through add-on items and upselling opportunities
Generate new leads and pursue additional revenue streams
Follow up with past customers to re-engage and convert cold leads
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely order processing
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of sales-focused experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong understanding of sales processes, closing techniques, and lead generation
Ability to confidently handle objections and drive transactions to completion
Strong mathematical aptitude
Strong computer proficiency
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred Experience
Automotive or auto parts sales
Dealership, salvage yard, or service advisor experience
