Position Marketing Manager, Product Marketing

Position Summary

Develop and execute product marketing strategies driving growth across B2B and B2C audiences.

Focus on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.

Create compelling product stories and sales & marketing enablement tools.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align product capabilities with customer needs.

Lead and mentor team members, manage projects, and ensure marketing aligns with brand standards and business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Product Marketing

Translate complex product features into customer-focused value propositions.

Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and feature releases.

Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and customer segmentation strategies.

Create marketing assets like battlecards, product sheets, competitive comparisons, sales enablement decks, and customer collateral.

Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.

Ensure consistent product messaging across all touchpoints.

Support cross-sell, upsell, and retention initiatives through effective messaging.

Marketing Strategy & Team Leadership

Set product marketing objectives and success metrics tied to business outcomes.

Mentor and coach marketing team members.

Prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.

Review content for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Executive teams.

Marginal Functions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong background in B2B and B2C product marketing with proven experience in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills.

Experience with market, customer, and competitive research.

Skilled in building sales enablement and customer-facing assets.

Strong project management skills.

Highly organized, self-motivated, results-oriented with attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree required; marketing, communications, or business preferred.

5-7 years of relevant product marketing experience.

Experience in SaaS, professional services, or technology-driven industries preferred.

Proven ability to develop and execute product marketing strategies driving growth in B2B and/or B2C markets.
