We are currently looking for a motivatedindividual to join our 3rd party sales team in Conroe, Texas as a Sales & Customer Service Associate. We are offering this position on a full-timebasis, working between our parent company offices and home.
Farrow & Ball is a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients.

The Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate is an essential member of the 3rd Party RetailStockist Sales Team, responsible for managing inbound engagement and supporting keysales‑driving initiatives across the North American market.
This entry-level role is ideal forsomeone eager to grow within a premium design brand while gaining experience in insidesales, lead qualifications, and customer satisfaction. This position sits at the heart of our sales engine and plays a crucial role in building new andsupporting and developing existing relationships. It is a unique opportunity to take part in“building” a new channel to support an iconic and well‑established brand.
What we expect from you as a Sales & Customer Service Associate Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for many 3rd Party Retail stockists/sellers
Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, or CRM platforms
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
Grow sales through training, education, and relationship building
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targetsMaintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM systemWork closely with Sales Field team on existing and new account set-up and business activation
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
Resolve customer issues related to orders, billing, deliveries, or product usage
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure smooth service delivery
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Build strong relationships that enhance customer loyalty and retention
Key Attributes
1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer experience, or inside sales roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responding quickly to a dynamic workload
Proficiency or familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
Service‑first attitude and excitement about the interior design and premium home categories
