Role Description This is a full-time, on-site, hybrid, or fully remote role for a Real Estate Paralegal, based in Anderson, SC. The primary responsibilities will be conducting thorough legal research and gathering relevant documents for real estate closing transactions, managing files and maintaining organized records for closings, communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders regarding file updates and documentation, due diligence, handling title insurance, and working with residential real estate transactions on a day-to-day basis ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines throughout the real estate process. Additional tasks involve working closely with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance with legal regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with reviewing contracts and agreements.
Experience in conducting Due Diligence and ensuring accuracy in real estate transactions.
Knowledge of Title Insurance procedures and practices related to real estate.
Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work well independently.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to train in-person for two full weeks in Anderson, SC upon hire.
