Culligan Water is seeking a driven, relationship-focused
Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative
to grow our presence across
Albuquerque, Las Cruces, and El Paso . This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment and wants to represent industry-leading water treatment solutions. You’ll work with businesses, institutions, and industrial clients to solve complex water challenges—while building a high-income, long-term career.

Responsibilities
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Conduct site visits and water assessments for commercial and industrial clients
Design customized water treatment solutions (softening, filtration, RO, specialty systems)
Present proposals and close high-value contracts
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Partner with service and operations teams to ensure successful installations
Manage and grow a pipeline across multiple markets
Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with engineers, contractors, construction managers, and business owners and operators
Building and maintaining customer relationships, providing ongoing support and handling service issues
Qualifications
Proven success in
B2B or commercial sales
(water treatment experience a plus, not required)
Ability to sell consultatively and manage longer sales cycles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Computer skills in most Microsoft Office applications are required
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
Comfortable working across
Albuquerque, Las Cruces, and El Paso markets
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within these markets
