Inside Sales Specialist

Pixels on Target is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to support Sales and Business Development across domestic and international customers. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role at the center of quote generation, sales tracking, customer communication, documentation control, order coordination, and post-sale support.
The right person will help keep opportunities moving, maintain accurate records, support customer-facing documentation, and work closely with internal teams to make sure details are handled correctly and on time. Because Pixels operates in an export-controlled environment, this role may also support export-license documentation and related process coordination under company procedures.
Must-have fundamentals
Experience in inside sales, sales support, customer support, order management, sales operations, or a similar B2B coordination role. Hands-on experience generating quotes, revising customer documents, processing purchase orders, or tracking orders through completion. Experience using a CRM and/or ERP system with strong data accuracy and follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail. Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills. Ability to work on-site at Pixels on Target’s Sunrise, Florida facility. A professional, customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn technical products and structured compliance-driven processes. Preferred experience
Technical, industrial, electronics, manufacturing, defense, or other regulated-product environment. International customer support, distributor/reseller support, or government/law-enforcement account support. ITAR, EAR, DDTC, DECCS, DSP-5, DSP-73, or export-documentation exposure. Pipedrive, Quickbooks, Netsuites or similar CRM/ERP platforms. Proposal support, order tracking, documentation control, RMA/warranty coordination, or sales reporting. Compliance note
