What You’ll Do Lead and Develop a Sales Team

Coach and mentor sales professionals during in‑home appointments and follow‑ups

Provide ongoing training and structured development to strengthen communication and consultative selling skills

Support your team in delivering clear, confident, and customer‑focused solutions

Drive Revenue and Sales Performance

Implement strategies to increase close rates, average project values, and overall sales growth

Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable coaching

Support a consistent, high‑quality sales process from lead assignment to project hand‑off

Ensure Operational Excellence

Oversee scheduling, lead distribution, and daily workflow coordination

Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking

Ensure your team represents the company with professionalism and integrity

Who You Are

A proven leader with experience managing field‑based sales teams (home services experience strongly preferred)

A confident coach who can elevate performance through structure, training, and accountability
