
Sales Operations Analyst

LHH is currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Analyst for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in supporting sales performance, operational execution, and data-driven decision‑making. This role partners with Sales, Finance, RevOps/Business Operations, and marketing to improve processes, enhance reporting, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled in Python and Salesforce, and brings strong business acumen. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain recurring sales and pipeline reporting; deliver insights on bookings, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity.
Use Python to automate data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting workflows (e.g., APIs, CSV exports, scheduled jobs).
Administer and optimize Salesforce processes: data quality controls, dashboards/reports, fields, objects, and workflow improvements in partnership with system administrators.
Partner with Sales leadership to define KPIs and operational cadences (weekly business reviews, pipeline reviews, forecast calls).
Analyze funnel conversion, lead/opp velocity, win/loss trends, territory and quota performance; translate findings into clear recommendations.
Support sales planning activities such as quota/territory analysis, headcount capacity modeling, and compensation plan analytics.
Document processes, define requirements, and coordinate cross-functional execution for sales operations initiatives.
Develop and maintain data governance practices (definitions, source-of-truth alignment, and reporting consistency).
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related analytical role.
Strong Python skills for data analysis and automation.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data structures, and sales process concepts).
Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development) is a plus.
Experience working with sales/marketing data sources (e.g., CRM integrations, enrichment tools, BI layers).
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analysis to outcomes (revenue, margin, retention, productivity).
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; strong command of metrics, data quality, and analytical rigor.
Excellent communication skills—able to present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
