Overview Are you a client-facing media professional ready to take on your next challenge? Involved Media is growing and we're looking for experienced agency talent to join our Client Service team. Depending on your background, we are hiring at the Senior Account Executive or Account Director level.

Both roles play a key part in managing client relationships, delivering cross-channel campaigns, and driving measurable results across linear TV, CTV/OTT, audio, digital, and paid social.

Position Summary As a Senior Account Executive (with 5+ years of experience):

You're running meetings, leading projects, and the team knows that projects will run smoothly when you're on point. You've internalized Agency process and can run with things.

You're a step ahead of your manager, anticipating their needs and driving next steps proactively. And you know when to elevate issues and proactively seek guidance.

Clients and members of cross‑functional departments look to you for knowledge about the business, projects and next steps.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

Manage campaign execution from briefing through reporting, across TV, audio, digital, and social.

Partner with analytics, buying, and creative teams to optimize performance and deliver insights.

Mentor junior staff ensuring work accuracy and professional growth.

Contribute to client strategy discussions, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervise 1‑2 junior team members (e.g., Account Coordinators/Assistants).

Travel:

This position requires regularly scheduled travel approximately up to 15% of the time.

As an Account Director (with 8-10+ years of experience)

You understand just as much about the business as your client counterparts and regularly bring them insights or perspective they didn't anticipate.

Your contributions to internal and Client meetings are strategic, collaborative and valued; they make an impact on the work.

You can write presentations with a strong narrative, review your team's work and provide direction and coaching.

You think before you react. You internalize Client feedback and can translate it into direction that's consistent with the strategy.

You listen to understand.

Key Responsibilities

Act as senior client lead, build long‑term partnerships and position Involved Media as a trusted advisor.

Drive strategic media discussions, uncover growth opportunities, and lead cross‑channel initiatives.

Oversee integrated media strategies across broadcast, digital, and emerging platforms.

Manage and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators, inspiring a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

Lead financial management of accounts including forecasting, budgeting, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role will directly manage approximately 2 team members with scope to grow, depending on business needs.

Travel:

This position requires regularly scheduled travel approximately up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

Agency/media experience required: For Sr. AE role (5+ years), for AD (8-10+ years).

Hands‑on exposure to performance video/TV (linear, OTT/CTV), audio, and digital channels required.
