Job Details As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a home workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
