The Role

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to accelerate our growth across the healthcare provider market.

This role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business with post-acute operators, multi-facility groups, and enterprise networks. You will focus on building pipeline, developing relationships with operators and executives, and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

A key part of the role includes representing Exponential at industry conferences and events, building relationships with decision-makers on the conference floor, and turning those conversations into qualified opportunities.

Product demonstrations are conducted in partnership with our Sales Engineer. The Account Executive leads discovery, manages the opportunity, and works alongside the Sales Engineer during demos to drive deals forward.

This role requires a willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences, customer meetings, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Build pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and conference engagement

Represent Exponential at industry conferences and events

Build relationships with healthcare operators, executives, and decision-makers

Lead discovery conversations to understand operational and financial challenges

Partner with Sales Engineers during product demonstrations

Manage opportunities through negotiation and contract close

Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline in HubSpot

Partner with marketing and leadership to refine outbound strategy and messaging

Share feedback from prospects and customers to improve product positioning

Consistently meet pipeline generation and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS; healthcare experience strongly preferred

Experience building a pipeline and closing new business

Strong discovery, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills

Comfortable working in industry conferences and networking events

Experience collaborating with Sales Engineers on product demonstrations

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven startup environment

Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Willing and able to travel up to 50% for conferences and customer meetings

Highly driven, accountable, and self-sufficient
