to lead and expand key national distributor partnerships within the wholesale produce and foodservice channel. Freshway Foods is located in Sidney, Ohio.
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader who thrives on relationship‑building, strategic account development, and driving measurable revenue growth across a large geographic territory.
What You’ll Own
National account growth and penetration strategy
Contract negotiation and pricing strategy
Product mix optimization and margin performance
Executive‑level relationship management
Cross‑functional alignment across R&D, QA, Logistics, Operations, and Finance
Business reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning
You’ll work directly with senior leadership and play a visible role in shaping Freshway’s national growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales experience (produce/foodservice preferred)
Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
Proven success managing large‑volume accountsStrategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
