We’re hiring

two Growth Development Representatives (GDRs)

who will work directly with our CEO out of our

Bethesda office , helping build the pipeline that fuels our next phase of growth.

You’ll Know This Role Is For You If:

You’re curious enough to research a prospect before emailing them.

You know a cold call isn’t an interruption if it’s relevant.

You enjoy figuring out how an organization actually works.

You can write emails that sound human, not like marketing automation wrote them.

You don’t panic when someone says “not interested.” You just get smarter.

Healthcare doesn’t intimidate you.

You enjoy learning complex products.

You think building something early is more exciting than joining something comfortable.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building target lists.

Running smart outbound.

Managing the CRM.

Improving the playbook.

Supporting conferences and market outreach.

What we are looking for:

1–3 years experience in

outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or business development in Software product / services sales.

Strong phone and written communication skills

Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach

Self-directed work style, you manage your own cadence

Curiosity about healthcare or health technology

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Ability to work from

Bethesda, MD (DC metro area)

Strongly Preferred

Experience selling into healthcare organizations

Familiarity with CRM platforms like

HubSpot or Salesforce

Experience with tools like

Apollo, Outreach, or SalesLoft

Exposure to concepts like

EHR, behavioral health, or value-based care

Comfort learning complex products quickly

This role is designed as the

entry point into health tech sales leadership.
