Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse, you will support patients throughout their hospital experience while contributing to a culture of excellence and safety.This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while building valuable clinical and professional skills within a nationally respected healthcare organization.**Key Responsibilities****Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)*** Provide direct patient care, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living* Monitor, record, and report vital signs and patient status* Perform clinical tasks such as:

+ Phlebotomy

+ EKGs

+ Specimen collection

+ Point-of-care testing* Assist with procedures and support emergency response protocols* Safely transport patients within the facility* Maintain and manage clinical equipment and supplies* Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes**Operations Associates (OAs)*** Process and manage patient information and documentation* Organize and maintain patient medical records* File reports and ensure accurate recordkeeping* Facilitate communication among staff, including relaying messages and information* Support bed management processes* Coordinate patient admissions and discharges* Answer and direct incoming phone calls**Location**759 Chestnut Street
