Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah’s teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God’s Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point’s various media channels.
To accomplish this mission, more than two hundred staff across various disciplines are committed to sharing the Gospel and Bible Strong teaching through Turning Point. Position Summary The part-time Donor Relationship Specialist will represent the ministry to a specific group of partners. The incumbent will effectively become the point of contact for the assigned group of donors and will assess their passion for God’s Word and their heart for Turning Point.
Responsibilities
Build trusting and lasting relationships with our ministry partners by regularly contacting them by phone, mail, or email
To challenge ministry partners to greater levels of financial involvement
Provide consistent, long-term relationship stewardship to assigned ministry partners.
Minister to, pray with, and encourage assigned groups in their walk with the Lord
To fulfill all administrative duties such as logging daily contact activity in the database, managing the assigned caseload and reports using basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency in Excel is required), attending departmental meetings, and communicating status updates in a professional environment

Qualifications and Experience
Experience in Customer Service or Sales, and working one-on-one with people (good people skills)
Must be an organized, self-starter, and capable of working independently
Ability to talk with a smile and demonstrate a servant’s attitude
Ability to foster a willing spirit and positive attitude through encouragement and prayerWrite clear and concise letters and reports
Must be able to type at a minimum rate of 50 wpm
Some college training or one to three years of experience in an outbound call center (preferably for a Christian ministry) is a plus

The expected wage for this position is $28.00 an hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
