What You’ll Do As a Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their homes to guide them through their bathroom remodeling project.
Your responsibilities include:
Conduct
in-home consultations with homeowners
Understand customer needs, goals, and design preferences
Present
bathroom remodeling solutions, materials, and upgrades
Provide pricing and financing options
Guide homeowners through the
design and decision process
Follow our proven
consultative sales process
Document project details and complete contracts
Deliver an outstanding
customer experience from consultation to sale
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals who are
driven, personable, and confident presenting solutions to homeowners.
Ideal candidates have:
Sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for home improvement, design, or remodeling
Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage appointments
Comfort using tablets, apps, and digital sales tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule This is an
appointment-based role . Appointments are typically scheduled
during weekdays and some Saturdays .
