Under direction of the Parks Director to assist in the day-to-day operation of the City’s RV Park.

Essential Functions:

Visitor Services : Greets arriving campers, assists with check‑in/registrations, and provides information on park rules, local attractions, and services.

Maintenance & Housekeeping : Performs upkeep, including cleaning campsites after checkout, sweeping pads, cleaning fire rings, restocking and cleaning restrooms, and mowing grass as needed.

Safety & Compliance : Regularly patrols the grounds to monitor stay limits, enforce quiet hours, and check for valid permits.

Emergency Contact : Acts as the first point of contact for after‑hours emergencies or disturbances, reporting major issues to local law enforcement.

Supervisory Responsibility No Supervisory Responsibility required for this position.

Physical Demands The physical demand described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach and pull with hand and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, twist and bend. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Position Type / Expect Hours of Work Expect to work roughly 20–30 hours per week, with mandatory availability on weekends and holidays.

Required Education and Experience Equivalent to a High School Diploma and knowledge in turf grass management; turf fertilizers, and experience in general landscaping practices.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must provide your own RV, motorhome, or trailer in good repair to live in on‑site.

Candidates typically must be at least 18 or 19 years of age and pass a criminal background check and DMV screening.
