Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist
As a Fulfillment Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately filled and shipped from our Market Hub Fulfillment Center. You will gather merchandise from designated bins or shelves, ensuring that each order is complete and accurate. Your responsibilities will also include handling shipping and receiving of inventory, as well as maintaining back stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Label pallets with store-specific identifying information.
Operate lift equipment upon completion of training and certification.
Pick and stage products for deliveries efficiently.
Replenish inventory on shelves as needed.
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School diploma or GED/Home School equivalency.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Willingness to work various shifts, including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to read and understand safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
Proficiency in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience or training in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:
The expected pay range for this role is between $15.60 and $17.35 per hour for new team members. The final rate offered will depend on various factors, including geographic location, retail experience, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other relevant skills. Shift differentials may also apply.
