Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a visionary Blockchain Technology Executive to drive the development of our innovative Layer 2 infrastructure. This pivotal role focuses on creating a seamless, fully on-chain consumer finance experience. As the Blockchain Technology Executive, you will lead our cutting-edge blockchain engineering team, define a sustainable technical strategy, and spearhead advancements in our Layer 2 protocol. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team to achieve outstanding results. Define and execute the strategic technical vision for our blockchain initiatives. Assess and integrate emerging technologies to elevate platform scalability, security, and performance. Drive continuous innovation in consensus systems, smart contracts, and virtual machine technology. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: A Master's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in blockchain, distributed systems, or related technologies. A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within technical environments. In-depth expertise in blockchain fundamentals and substantial experience with EVM. Familiarity with technology stacks such as Cosmos SDK or Substrate. We highly value leadership experience and contributions to significant blockchain projects, as well as publications in relevant fields. Knowledge of cross-chain technology, ZK proofs, Layer 2 scaling solutions, and other innovative aspects will be an added advantage. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
