What You’ll Be Doing
Lead day-to-day site operations on ground-up commercial construction projects
Maintain full responsibility for safety, layout, coordination, scheduling, and quality control
Serve as the primary on-site leader coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and trades
Partner closely with Project Managers and Executive leadership to drive project execution
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols
Utilize Procore (or similar) to track progress, communicate updates, and manage documentation
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
Monitor productivity, sequencing, and site logistics to keep projects on track
Travel to project sites during the week and return home on weekends when feasible
What is sought:
Extensive experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
Strong background in ground-up commercial construction
Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and materials
Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams
Working knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software
OSHA 30 certification
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Willingness to travel extensively (75%+ as projects require)
Valid driver’s license
MA CSL and/or NY SST strongly preferred
Based in CT, MA, NY, or nearby New England states
