Join Our Team as a Lead Fulfillment Specialist for New Product Initiatives! Are you passionate about achieving fulfillment excellence in the aerospace industry? We are on the lookout for a dynamic Lead Fulfillment Specialist to oversee our Clear to Build process for the GE9x and LEAP development programs. In this essential role, you will ensure the efficient flow of materials and collaborate closely with diverse teams to meet our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with supply chain and Product Operations to manage the delivery and allocation of key components. Work effectively with teams to meet both immediate and long-term planning objectives. Optimize and maintain material processes and systems to ensure precision and efficiency. Supervise incoming hardware and ensure correct part allocation. Align system processes with program requirements and oversee material flow and kitting operations. Communicate program needs clearly to drive positive outcomes. Lead initiatives for process enhancements and improve standard operating procedures. Balance competing priorities while executing tasks to reduce shortages and ensure 100% Clear to Build status for New Product Initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in material planning or similar fields. A minimum of 5 years of experience in material planning, fulfillment, or manufacturing operations. Desired Characteristics: Experience in manufacturing settings and knowledge of GEA material systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset with a strong ability to hold teams accountable. Compensation:

Base pay ranges from $116,000.00 to $155,000.00, plus annual discretionary bonuses. This position allows for remote work; however, priority will be given to candidates located near Evendale. Anticipated travel is approximately 10% on-site quarterly.
