Job Title: Electrical Controls Designer
Responsibilities
Design schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and panel layout drawings using CAD.
Create drawings from written and verbal specifications.
Collaborate with engineers on project accuracy, design standards, and documentation.
Complete project responsibilities within scope, budget, and create bills of materials that include control enclosures, components, and wires.
Serve as a technical resource for internal and external customers.
Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes, methods, productivity, and quality while reducing costs.
Resolve engineering issues that arise during fabrication, assembly, and service.
Work closely with production as a technical expert ensuring adherence to safety procedures and electrical codes.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, WI.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
