Position Overview We are seeking a full‑time remote Sales Engineer specializing in Electronic Materials to drive sales, provide technical guidance, and support customer success. This role combines strategic sales with consultative technical engagement and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, innovation‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in the microelectronics, semiconductor, and optoelectronics sectors.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long‑term client partnerships by offering expert guidance and support.

Technical Consultation: Understand customer needs through virtual or onsite meetings and recommend suitable solutions from YINCAE’s product portfolio.

Value Communication: Clearly present the performance, pricing, and reliability advantages of YINCAE’s products.

Sales Negotiation & Closure: Manage the sales cycle from quotation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Post‑Sales Support: Respond to technical inquiries and assist customers with implementation to ensure successful outcomes.

Industry Presence: Represent YINCAE at virtual and in‑person trade shows and technical conferences.

Reporting: Submit weekly and monthly reports detailing sales activity, market insights, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical or business field preferred

5+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in electronic materials, semiconductors, adhesives, or specialty chemicals

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value

Confident negotiation and relationship‑building skills

Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Experience with CRM software is a plus

Base Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
