Position Summary The Associate of Asset Management is the primary owner of ensuring all retail locations always remain in Grand Opening condition. This role carries full accountability of our facilities management ticketing portal, ensuring projects are properly quoted, initiated and finalized in a timely manner while maintaining an annual budget for all stores. This role will assist the Director of Assets & Growth in carrying out project management with a primary focus on new store buildouts and existing store renovations.

Job Duties

Solicit, evaluate and award bids and quotes from contractors, service providers, and vendors for maintenance, repair, and improvement projects across the portfolio.

Manage a proactive preventative maintenance program across all locations, including scheduled HVAC servicing, roof inspections, landscape & parking lot upkeep, and other recurring facility needs that minimize costly reactive repairs.

Manage a list of trusted vendors to ensure the ability to respond promptly to emergency issues (HVAC, roof leaks, plumbing, security, etc.)

Assist in the coordination and planning of new store buildouts, including gathering and evaluating bids from general contracts and subcontractors.

Coordinate landlord-funded repairs and tenant improvement allowances, clearly defining responsibilities between landlord and tenant for all maintenance and capital work.

Visit high-volume store quarterly, all other stores semi-annually to interact with in-store teams and ensure stores always remain in grand opening condition.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associate’s degree, preferred.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in facilities management, property management, retail operations, or a related field. Experience managing vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance or construction projects, and working within a defined budget preferred.

Physical Demands: Lifting (25 lbs.; Standing (25%); Travel (25%)

Work Environment: Support Office + Retail Stores

Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
