Job Description
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Leasing Operations Specialist to join the team in the Commercial Loan Center.
Compensation The hourly salary range for this role is $18.00 - $23.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (hours may vary).
Responsibilities In this role, the Leasing Operations Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining lease information into the LeasePak system from inception to termination, reviewing and reconciling various bank and general ledger accounts, and processing lease payment transactions and maintenance requests.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, business-related field, or equivalent experience preferred
1 year of experience in leasing operations, accounting or related field
Able to follow procedures thoroughly
Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of employees
Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Good time management and organizational skills
Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
Ability to type and input information accurately with minimal errors
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
