Senior Sales & Operations Lead

Our Hamptons-based luxury home decor boutique is looking for a Senior Sales and Operations Lead to serve as a core leader within our store. This role combines hands-on selling, elevated client service, and day-to-day operational oversight. We are seeking someone passionate about home design, exceptionally organized, confident with technology and systems, and naturally engages with clients. The right candidate will bring both polish and practicality - ensuring an exceptional customer experience while keeping the business running smoothly What you will do:

Support daily store operations and sales Serve as a key holder and trusted leader on the sales floor Work closely with customers as interior designers on decor and tableware selections. Assist with inventory, POS, and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Qualifications:

Must have Retail leadership experience (luxury sales, assistant manager or similar) 2+ years Strong computer skills;

Lightspeed POS experience a plus A love of home décor, tableware, and beautiful things ( Design background a plus) Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Confident, warm, and team-focused individual that loves working in a fast-paced environment
