They’re hiring a

Product Manager for their Customer Satisfaction squad

to own the user experience where it matters most.

Your mission:

Identify product friction, deeply understand customer problems, and turn those insights into product improvements that make the platform faster, smoother, and easier to use.

You’ll work closely with

engineering, design, and customer teams , owning the full journey from discovery to shipped product improvements.

What they’re looking for

3–6+ years Product Management experience

Background in

B2B SaaS

Strong

customer discovery and UX mindset

Experience working closely with engineering & design
